- Develop communication materials (guidelines) for international Visual Merchandisers based on initial briefs.
- Design and layout various VM recommendations related to products, VM tools, and other topics.
- Contribute to the monthly production of VM recommendations for collection launches, including digital simulations and videos.
- Consolidate the catalog of institutional communication materials.
- Propose aesthetic enhancements for communication materials while adhering to Dior's graphic standards.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to gather necessary information for project execution.
- Participate in collection launches in boutiques, showroom installations, and other events in Paris to enhance subject understanding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly InDesign for layout and Photoshop for retouching.
- Good command of English, as all written communications are in English and many colleagues are English-speaking.
- Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to fashion and products.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Creative and proactive in proposing aesthetic solutions.
