Christian Dior Visual Merchandising Assistant

- Implement visual merchandising strategies by interpreting and applying VM and window display guidelines.
- Travel to stores to support VM launches and in-store rotations, ensuring flawless execution of visual strategies.
- Manage the care and storage of props and mannequins, maintaining high display standards.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of props and mannequins at store and regional warehouse locations.
- Coordinate the logistics of sending and requesting props and mannequins between regional warehouses and stores.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with store and VM teams to confirm execution of actions and requests.
- Maintain commercial awareness of store performance metrics, including best sellers, zero sellers, and overall sales figures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visual design tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to various store locations within the region.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
