1. Implement visual merchandising guidelines regularly in alignment with global standards, including for fashion seasons, events, and special occasions.
2. Monitor the visual merchandising condition of dedicated stores to ensure they meet global standards and conduct window and visual lightbox planning.
3. Support the team with boutique openings, renovations, and relocations.
4. Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
5. Provide training and support to in-store visual merchandisers on techniques and best practices to maintain high standards.
6. Prepare and develop visual merchandising guidelines as necessary.
7. Collaborate with the Retail, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to elevate brand desirability by supporting special events and pop-ups.
8. Arrange the order of visual merchandising props, check delivery status, and monitor inventory levels to support the team in meeting timelines.

1. University graduate or above in related disciplines.
2. Minimum of 4-5 years' working experience in the retail industry.

1. Analytical skills to conduct visual merchandising spending analysis.
2. Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment.
3. Strong creative and design skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Proficiency in visual merchandising software and tools.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Flexibility to travel and work on-site at various store locations as needed.

Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail industry.

University graduate or above in related disciplines.
