Christian Dior VIP Client Manager

- Recruit new clients outside of the boutique clientele to enhance the quality of the database by engaging with local business entities such as banks and government organizations.
- Develop new business opportunities with Bahrain's royal families through their assistants or business representatives.
- Maintain constant communication with the PR team to stay informed about events and meet influential individuals.
- Reactivate inactive clients to expand the existing database.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to track each client's development along the client development path.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 one-to-one meetings per week with local clients, either inside or outside the boutique.
- Oversee and attend team members' qualitative one-to-one meetings to enhance cross-selling across boutique departments and provide sales coaching.
- Increase client loyalty across all departments by working with Department Managers and Sales Associates, following up on one-to-one meeting results and transactions generated.
- Grow and upgrade clientele within the VIC, VVIC, and Elite categories by proposing local activities to boost customer loyalty and purchases.
- Exhibit exceptional product knowledge across all departments and share expertise with the Boutique Team through product and sales training.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets, focusing on specific departments as required.
- Serve as a role model for new starters and sales consultants, embodying Christian Dior values.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.
