- Deliver and support both physical and online training sessions across the UK, aligning with global strategic directives.
- Manage the in-store training tool, Diorknow, ensuring comprehensive training records and proficiency among store management.
- Oversee the execution of various training programs, including Esprit Dior Induction, Collection Training, DSignature Training, UK Strategy Training, and Mystery Shopping Training.
- Cultivate a culture of in-store coaching, identifying and nurturing employees with strong potential, and supporting store managers in developing individual coaching plans.
- Provide feedback to the Europe & Middle East Training Manager and UK Retail Management on training execution and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the European training team to share best practices and innovate new training methodologies.
- Facilitate product training in collaboration with the Merchandising and CRM teams, enhancing selling skills and optimizing cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service through training sessions and spot coaching, aligned with Christian Dior's expectations.
- Maintain analytical records of training activities and manage the annual training budget, including travel, venues, and materials.
- Develop training session materials in accordance with Dior guidelines.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within Dior or LVMH.
- Proven track record in management, employee development, and product knowledge.
- Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Immaculate grooming in line with Dior standards.
- Appreciation for the luxury goods market.
- Active listening with a strong aptitude for training and coaching.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Proficiency in blended learning approaches.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Kahoot, Zoom, and Klaxoon.
A minimum of 5 years of experience within Dior or the LVMH group is essential, with a proven track record in management and employee development.
