Christian Dior Treasury Manager Europe

- Support financial managers in cash management, including financing requests and fund repatriation.
- Optimize debt and cash positions, implement cash pooling, and select banking partners and associated services.
- Provide daily assistance, training, and deployment of best practices.
- Manage and negotiate credit lines, deposits, and bank guarantees.
- Oversee bank accounts and services, and manage relationships with banks and integration of new entities.
- Supervise bank reconciliations, account balancing, and interest rate monitoring.
- Manage and validate exceptional payments and address daily banking issues.
- Develop short-term cash forecasts and contribute to annual financial statements.
- Improve international treasury processes and systems, and manage treasury solution deployment projects.
- Supervise dividend repatriation and participate in exceptional operations such as acquisitions and real estate projects.
- Monitor 12-month cash forecasts and analyze monthly reports for LVMH.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage bank account authorizations.
- Advanced degree in Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, management control, or subsidiary treasury within an international framework.
- Proven analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Strong execution rigor.
- Autonomy and adaptability.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and open-mindedness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and engage teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Interest in IT.
A minimum of 10 years of successful experience in audit, management control, or subsidiary treasury within an international organization is required.
Advanced degree in Finance.
