Christian Dior Training Manager

1. Develop and facilitate training programs in the retail network, including brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, client development, and employee induction.
2. Evaluate training and development needs of the retail network on an ongoing basis.
3. Provide regular follow-up to retail teams and corporate departments.
4. Revise or create new training programs based on business needs.
5. Partner with regional, merchandising, visual, events, CRM, and PR teams to develop product training on a seasonal basis.
6. Track productivity reporting process and coach underperforming associates.
7. Oversee orientation for new employees and store openings.
8. Assist with floor support and spot coaching as needed.
9. Provide recaps on training sessions to training and retail leadership teams.
10. Communicate with retail leadership to evaluate the training level of all employees.
11. Coordinate and manage training calendar in support of seasonal launches, events, and new store openings.
12. Adjust priorities and manage time to effectively support business needs.
13. Track effectiveness of training programs and provide regular follow-up.

1. 5 years of training experience, preferably in a luxury or specialty retail environment.
2. Strong passion and awareness for the luxury fashion industry.
3. Ability to develop a strong understanding of the Dior brand image.
4. Ability to develop interactive, creative, and comprehensive training programs.
5. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels of the organization.

2. Strong computer presentation skills, with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
4. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to travel frequently.
