1. Lead the training team and collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement effective training programs.
2. Build and monitor a market-specific training action plan.
3. Develop an annual training plan with both long-term and mid-term strategic visions.
4. Align with the Regional Team on training strategies and contribute to the creation or revision of training programs and materials.
5. Manage the training budget in accordance with company guidelines.
6. Deliver corporate retail training and development activities, ensuring objectives are met and effectiveness is evaluated.
7. Spend at least 50% of time in boutiques, coaching on performance, selling techniques, and brand knowledge.
8. Host seasonal collection trainings in collaboration with the merchandising team.
9. Organize and conduct company inductions for office and retail staff.
10. Analyze training data to assess program impact and effectiveness.
11. Manage new team member induction training in liaison with HR, Retail Operations, and Boutique Management.
12. Ensure consistent delivery of the Dior Experience for all clients.
13. Monitor and follow up on new joiners’ performance, providing ongoing coaching.
14. Foster the development of retail team soft skills.
15. Determine and manage annual training budgets in collaboration with HR.
16. Audit and maintain training and coaching resources.

1. Minimum 5 years of training delivery experience, including management training, selling techniques, or customer service training.
2. Good understanding of luxury fashion brands or retail industry is advantageous.

2. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially MS PowerPoint.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Self-motivated and proactive.
7. Ability to perform under pressure.

Minimum 5 years of relevant training delivery experience.
