1. Coordinate training activities at 30 Montaigne in collaboration with the France training teams.
2. Contribute to strategic activity management and facilitate training sessions.
3. Manage administrative and logistical aspects of training, including participant registration, attendance tracking, and session optimization.
4. Oversee training KPIs and maintain activity tracking tools such as LMS and dashboards.
5. Prepare budget reports and coordinate communication with training stakeholders.
6. Facilitate new employee integration and deliver training on client experience and product expertise.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac +3).
2. Experience in retail or luxury sectors is preferred.
3. Proficiency in office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.

2. Strong interest in training, fashion, and luxury sectors.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
4. Proactive, meticulous, and capable of managing projects independently.

Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates with retail or luxury background.
