- Assist in the development of seasonal and permanent training tools for trainers and retail teams.
- Create comprehensive training documents for new collections, including storytelling, craftsmanship, and styling exercises.
- Develop training tools for mastering men's fashion and home collections, including storytelling and sales techniques.
- Conduct internal style reviews to analyze trends and competition.
- Support between collections with styling exercises and slow-seller strategies.
- Participate in collection photoshoots in the showroom.
- Create digital publications for the e-learning application.
- Manage the publication schedule in collaboration with international trainers and merchandising teams.
- Animate the internal Instagram community 'We Are Dior' by sharing looks and best practices.
- Compile and analyze feedback to identify best practices and improve styling exercises.
- Provide logistical and operational support for international seminars.
- Currently enrolled in a business, fashion school, or university program.
- Previous experience in sales, training, or marketing in the fashion industry.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Creativity and a keen fashion sense.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
