1. Implement an upstream traceability platform to map the production stages of Dior products from raw materials to finished goods.
2. Define information requirements from suppliers to minimize environmental impact.
3. Prioritize and monitor IT developments related to traceability.
4. Facilitate change management through communication, support creation, and training sessions for key users and suppliers.
5. Conduct sectoral and regulatory monitoring on upstream traceability.
6. Deploy Source Tagging in production to unify prêt-à-porter processes.
7. Oversee IT topics and supplier technical documents.
8. Define the 2025 & 2026 ramp-up and product improvement schedule.
9. Test new functionalities and provide continuous support to Maison users.

1. Enrollment in an Engineering, Business School, or equivalent university program.

1. Autonomy and organizational skills.
2. Strong communication and critical thinking abilities.
3. Interest and curiosity in the luxury sector.
4. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
