- Implement an upstream traceability platform to map Dior's production stages from raw materials to finished products.
- Define and collect essential information from suppliers to minimize environmental impact.
- Prioritize and monitor IT developments related to traceability.
- Facilitate change management through communication, training sessions, and support materials for internal key users and suppliers.
- Conduct industry and regulatory monitoring on upstream traceability.
- Deploy source tagging across production to unify Prêt-à-Porter processes.
- Oversee IT and technical documentation for suppliers.
- Develop a timeline for 2025 and 2026 ramp-up and product improvements.
- Test new functionalities and provide ongoing support to Maison users.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business School, or equivalent university program.
- Autonomy and organizational skills
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Proactive and innovative mindset
- Interest and curiosity in the luxury sector
- Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus
Entry-level experience suitable for students or recent graduates.
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
