Responsibilities
- Implement an upstream traceability platform to map the production stages of Dior products from raw materials to finished goods.
- Define information to be collected from suppliers to minimize environmental impact.
- Prioritize and monitor IT developments.
- Deploy and manage change to facilitate adoption by internal key users and suppliers through communication, support creation, and training sessions.
- Conduct sector and regulatory watch on upstream traceability.
- Deploy Source Tagging in production.
- Understand various production flows to unify ready-to-wear processes.
- Monitor IT topics and supplier technical documents.
- Define the 2025 & 2026 planning for ramp-up and product improvements.
- Test new functionalities.
- Provide continuous support to Maison users.
Qualifications
- Student in Engineering School, Business School, or equivalent university program.
Skills
- Autonomy and organization
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and critical thinking
- Interest and curiosity in the luxury sector
- Fluency in French and English (Italian is a plus)
