1. Identify and anticipate recruitment needs across various markets, ensuring an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.
2. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify top retail talent, from sales associates to boutique managers.
3. Conduct mystery shopping to gain insights into market specifics and needs.
4. Ensure a recruitment process that aligns with luxury standards, including candidate interviews, reference checks, and offer extensions.
5. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Management Director to monitor sales associate performance and plan for succession and internal mobility.
6. Partner with the Paris HR team to develop new recruitment tools.

1. 3-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
3. Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
4. Ability to anticipate business needs and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and a 401k plan with employer contributions.
