- Identify and anticipate recruitment needs across various markets to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process.
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to identify strong retail talents, from sales associates to boutique managers.
- Establish a robust network of retail contacts and conduct mystery shopping to gain in-depth market insights.
- Ensure the recruitment process aligns with luxury standards, including candidate interviews, reference checks, and offer extensions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and Management Director to monitor sales associate KPIs and productivity.
- Anticipate succession planning needs and facilitate internal mobility within the retail sector.
- Partner with the Paris HR team to develop innovative recruitment tools.
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results and a sense of urgency.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills and understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
