1. Daily tracking and reconciling of retail revenue for over 30 stores.
2. Assisting stores with sale and e-commerce reconciliation processes.
3. Researching outstanding discrepancies to ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
4. Providing weekly discrepancy reports to Operations.
5. Confirming payment status promptly.
6. Managing acquisition of fixed assets in SAP and related reporting.
7. Assisting in the identification of items for use tax remittance.
8. Performing general ledger account analyses.
9. Preparing and inputting journal entries as part of the month-end closing process.

1. Degree in Accounting preferred.
2. Prior accounting experience preferred.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Experience with SAP is a plus.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
5. Team player with attention to detail.
6. Effective time management skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Beginner level experience in accounting is preferred.

Degree in Accounting preferred.

Base salary range of $70k-80k, plus bonus eligibility.
