1. Conduct analysis and review of the tax implications of the Group's operations in France and internationally.
2. Perform tax monitoring and updates.
3. Review tax clauses in contracts.
4. Draft transfer pricing documentation for submission to tax authorities in various countries.
5. Monitor subsidiary tax obligations and manage tax audits and disputes.
6. Analyze VAT flows.

1. Enrolled in a law program, holding the CRFPA, and preparing for the CAPA.
2. Knowledge of international taxation.

1. Fluent in English.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Initial experience in a law firm or corporate tax department, specializing in corporate taxation.

Law student with CRFPA, preparing for CAPA.
