Christian Dior Talent Development Manager

- Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational training needs aligned with company strategies.
- Manage comprehensive learning and development initiatives, including those from the LVMH Group.
- Design and deliver development programs to accelerate learning, including onboarding, performance management, change management, and communication.
- Oversee the performance management process for managers.
- Conduct mandatory training programs for employees and maintain records in the required format.
- Manage talent programs for prospects, including internships, partnership programs, mentoring programs, and campus talks to nurture future talents.
- Ensure initiatives focus on improving organizational capabilities and work on succession planning with the management team.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative sourcing strategies to build market prospects.
- Lead and drive employee-relevant events, including CSR programs.
- Work with HR and management teams to identify high potentials and secure nominations for talent programs.
- Collect feedback and KPIs to measure program success.
- Lead Diversity & Inclusion programs for the Korean market.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
- Over 10 years of broad HR experience with a strong focus on learning and talent management.
- Experience in training design, content development, vendor management, and program delivery.
- Proficiency in facilitating training, organizing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Korean.
- Experience in the luxury industry is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline preferred.
