1. Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational training needs aligned with company strategies.
2. Manage comprehensive learning and development initiatives, including those from the LVMH Group.
3. Design and deliver development programs to accelerate learning, including onboarding, performance management, change management, and communication.
4. Oversee the performance management process for managers.
5. Conduct mandatory training programs for employees and maintain records in the required format.
6. Manage talent programs for prospects, including internships, partnership programs, mentoring programs, and campus talks to nurture future talents.
7. Ensure initiatives focus on improving organizational capabilities and work on succession planning with the management team.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative sourcing strategies to build market prospects.
9. Lead and drive employee-relevant events, including CSR programs.
10. Work with HR and management teams to identify high potentials and secure nominations for talent programs.
11. Collect feedback and KPIs to measure program success.
12. Lead Diversity & Inclusion programs for the Korean market.

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
2. Over 10 years of broad HR experience with a strong focus on learning and talent management.

1. Experience in training design, content development, vendor management, and program delivery.
2. Proficiency in facilitating training, organizing, and presentation skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Korean.
5. Experience in the luxury industry is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline preferred.
