Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies to meet organizational staffing goals.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and source appropriate candidates using various recruiting channels and build a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements and provide guidance in making effective hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with E-Commerce leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support the organization’s objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, providing guidance and support during organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by maintaining clear communication and providing feedback in a timely manner.
- Promote and strengthen the company’s employer brand by participating in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent marketing initiatives.
- Monitor new joiners to ensure seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews and reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for development.
- Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in management or other related majors.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies.
- Organized, creative, strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach from hiring to onboarding.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients.
- Strong social networking with existing and potential clients.
Experience Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and HRBP roles within dynamic fast-paced environments. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required. Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred.
