- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing goals.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and source candidates using various recruiting channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance for effective hiring decisions.
- Work with E-Commerce leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, providing guidance during organizational changes.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Promote and strengthen the employer brand through participation in job fairs, campus recruiting, and talent marketing initiatives.
- Monitor new joiners to ensure seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for development.
- Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
- Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing, full-cycle recruiting, and HRBP roles within dynamic environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies.
- Organized, creative, strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external clients.
- Strong social networking skills with existing and potential clients.
Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles.
Bachelor’s degree or above in management or related fields.
