- Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies to meet organizational staffing goals.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proactively identify and source candidates using various recruiting channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance for effective hiring decisions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through participation in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other talent marketing initiatives.
- Monitor new joiners for seamless onboarding and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment, ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in management or related fields.
- Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Organized, creative, and strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach from hiring to onboarding.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong social networking skills with existing and potential clients.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for those with retail and luxury fashion experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in management or related fields.
