1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in management or related fields.
2. Over 10 years of experience in direct sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

2. Organized, creative, and strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach from hiring to onboarding.
3. Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
4. Strong social networking skills with existing and potential clients.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a preference for those with retail and luxury fashion experience.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in management or related fields.
