1. Analyze alterations to be made following the pins and/or markings of the fitter.
2. Dismantle garments while noting technical details to ensure accuracy during reassembly.
3. Operate various assembly and finishing machines (flatbed stitchers, sergers, buttonholers, and presses) while maintaining them in perfect condition or reporting any malfunctions.
4. Reassemble garments by applying alterations to meet client requests perfectly, carefully pressing the garment for a refined final appearance, and meticulously checking each alteration for perfect fit.
5. Collaborate closely with fitters to define optimal delivery timelines, consulting with the sales associate/client to ensure satisfaction.
6. Maintain order and cleanliness of the workspace for optimal efficiency and presentation.
7. Adhere to procedures (internal workshop processes, alteration sheets, schedule, etc.).
8. Provide impeccable customer service by offering expert advice on alterations and addressing client inquiries.
9. Work closely with sales advisors to provide a personalized experience.
10. Ensure comprehensive follow-up on alterations until the client is fully satisfied.
11. Adapt to client characteristics for smooth fitting sessions.

1. Technical knowledge of measurements, fabric characteristics, and alteration techniques (assembly, mounting, patching, etc.).
2. Passion for fashion and the luxury universe, with a good understanding of products.
3. Recognized for quality work and speed of execution.
4. Significant experience in fitting and alterations in the retail environment.
5. Proficiency in English.
