1. Strategically manage and optimize supply chain processes to ensure product availability and cost control.
2. Collaborate with French production teams, US warehouse operations, and local Brand Sales and Marketing teams.
3. Maintain robust inventory health and implement proactive strategies to optimize stock quality.
4. Monitor and optimize supply planning strategies and inventory levels to meet service targets.
5. Develop and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to Senior Leadership and Brand partners.
6. Conduct root cause analysis for service disruptions and implement preventative processes.
7. Drive execution of new product launches and mitigate delay risks.
8. Orchestrate cross-functional coordination for successful product launches.
9. Champion inventory health and manage overstock and obsolescence risks.
10. Lead monthly Stock Reviews and report projections to Finance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or related field.
2. Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning or Inventory Optimization.
4. Experience in the luxury or cosmetics industry is advantageous.

2. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
3. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization platforms.
4. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced planning systems.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Leadership in project management.
7. Adaptability and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, or similar roles, preferably within the luxury or cosmetics industry.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

$110,000.00 - $125,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
