- Participate in a program to identify and develop future talent across functional areas.
- Support the Supply Chain team in achieving short and long-term objectives through administrative and project work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop initiatives that enhance business results.
- Present project findings to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Manage demand planning projects, including seasonal, channel, and classification analysis.
- Create and maintain reports to monitor sales performance by channel.
- Update daily sales files and dashboards by category.
- Support the monthly forecast process with recommendations based on current trends.
- Create presentations for forecast reviews comparing current and previous forecasts.
- Utilize Power BI for data extraction and analysis.
- Assist distribution planners in managing weekly inventory needs.
- Maintain and update inventory tracking files.
- Coordinate with the Central distribution team for inventory transfers.
- Manage weekly consolidation compliance reports.
- Full-time availability for a 12-month program.
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Tact and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
