1. Participate in a program designed to develop future talent across functional areas.
2. Support the organization's short and long-term objectives through administrative and project work.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop initiatives to improve business results.
4. Present a project to the Executive Leadership Team.
5. Build and manage demand planning projects including seasonal, channel, and classification analysis.
6. Manage weekly recaps based on business trends.
7. Create and maintain reports to monitor sales performance by channel.
8. Update and actualize daily sales files and dashboards by category.
9. Support the Demand Planning monthly forecast process.
10. Provide recommendations for Supply Chain monthly forecasts.
11. Create monthly presentations for forecast reviews.
12. Utilize Power BI for data analysis.
13. Support the Distribution Planning Process.
14. Assist distribution planners in managing weekly inventory needs.
15. Maintain and update category inventory tracking files.
16. Work with the Central distribution team on inventory transfer needs.
17. Assist in managing weekly consolidation compliance reports.

1. Full-time, 12-month program availability.
2. Available to work Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
3. At least 6 months of prior experience.

1. Ability to work independently.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Clear and concise communication skills.
5. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
6. Ability to multitask and show flexibility across priorities.
7. Experience with Power BI.
8. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
9. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.

Beginner level experience with at least 6 months of prior experience.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
