- Participate in a program designed to develop future talent across functional areas.
- Support the organization's short and long-term objectives through administrative and project work.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop initiatives to improve business results.
- Present a project to the Executive Leadership Team.
- Build and manage demand planning projects including seasonal, channel, and classification analysis.
- Manage weekly recaps based on business trends.
- Create and maintain reports to monitor sales performance by channel.
- Update and actualize daily sales files and dashboards by category.
- Support the Demand Planning monthly forecast process.
- Provide recommendations for Supply Chain monthly forecasts.
- Create monthly presentations for forecast reviews.
- Utilize Power BI for data analysis.
- Support the Distribution Planning Process.
- Assist distribution planners in managing weekly inventory needs.
- Maintain and update category inventory tracking files.
- Work with the Central distribution team on inventory transfer needs.
- Assist in managing weekly consolidation compliance reports.
- Full-time, 12-month program availability.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
- At least 6 months of prior experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask and show flexibility across priorities.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
Beginner level experience with at least 6 months of prior experience.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
