1. Support the Wholesale Operations Manager in daily operations, including stock management, reconciliations, inventory levels, and customer returns.
2. Assist in handling purchase orders and monitor product pricing.
3. Prepare and compile weekly reports for merchandising and purchasing functions.
4. Create content, including PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and support creative aspects of the Sustainability taskforce.
5. Communicate and collaborate closely with key internal and external partners.

1. Available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with remote work on Fridays.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.

1. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
2. Attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
4. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
6. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
7. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field is required.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
