1. Support the Wholesale Operations Manager in stock management, reconciliations, inventory levels, and customer returns.
2. Assist in handling purchase orders and monitor product pricing.
3. Prepare and compile weekly reports for merchandising and purchasing functions.
4. Create content, including PowerPoint presentations and newsletters, supporting the Sustainability taskforce.
5. Communicate and partner closely with key internal and external partners.

1. Must be available full-time, Monday to Friday, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
2. At least 6 months of prior experience.

1. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
2. Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Strong time management skills and prioritization.
4. Ability to multitask, show flexibility across priorities, learn quickly, and retain processes.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external groups.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook).
7. Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience is a plus.
8. Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus.

Beginner level experience required.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20 per hour.
