Supply Chain Planning Manager

Christian Dior Couture is a renowned luxury fashion brand, part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group, known for its exquisite craftsmanship and innovative designs. The company operates globally, offering a wide range of luxury products.

1. Lead and manage demand planning processes to accurately forecast product demand through analysis of historical data and market trends.
2. Facilitate a collaborative sales and operations planning process with merchandising and finance teams to achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts.
3. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock in coordination with logistics teams.
4. Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain and develop improvement strategies to reduce costs and enhance speed and reliability.
5. Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies to align supply chain initiatives with relevant teams.
6. Anticipate and assess the impacts of unexpected events on demand and sales within the planning horizon.
7. Oversee the allocation of omnichannel inventory rebalancing between boutiques and e-commerce channels.
8. Monitor key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and service levels, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related majors.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at a supervisory level in the supply chain field.
3. Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred.
4. Fluent in English and Korean.
