1. Lead and manage demand planning processes to accurately forecast product demand through analysis of historical data and market trends, ensuring alignment with company targets.
2. Facilitate a collaborative sales and operations planning process with merchandising and finance teams to achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts.
3. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock, in coordination with logistics teams.
4. Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain and develop improvement strategies to reduce costs, streamline processes, and enhance supply chain speed and reliability.
5. Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies to align supply chain initiatives with relevant teams.
6. Anticipate and assess the impacts of unexpected events on demand and sales within the planning horizon.
7. Oversee the allocation of omnichannel inventory rebalancing between boutiques and e-commerce channels.
8. Monitor key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and service levels, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at a supervisory level in the supply chain field.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
3. Demonstrated ability to drive supply chain optimization initiatives.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluent in English and Korean.
