Christian Dior Supply Chain Planning Manager

- Lead and manage demand planning processes to accurately forecast product demand through analysis of historical data and market trends, ensuring alignment with company targets.
- Facilitate a collaborative sales and operations planning process with merchandising and finance teams to achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock, in coordination with logistics teams.
- Identify inefficiencies within the supply chain and develop improvement strategies to reduce costs, streamline processes, and enhance supply chain speed and reliability.
- Plan and organize new product launches and end-of-life product strategies to align supply chain initiatives with relevant teams.
- Anticipate and assess the impacts of unexpected events on demand and sales within the planning horizon.
- Oversee the allocation of omnichannel inventory rebalancing between boutiques and e-commerce channels.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and service levels, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at a supervisory level in the supply chain field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to drive supply chain optimization initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 3-4 years at a supervisory level in the supply chain field.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
