1. Lead the monthly forecast process for assigned categories, ensuring optimal product quantities to meet sales targets and maximize sell-through.
2. Coordinate with Merchandising and Central Supply Chain to prepare sales forecasts, projecting sales ambitions and planning product availability.
3. Collaborate with Distribution to ensure stock allocation aligns with forecast strategy.
4. Provide quantitative inputs during buying sessions.
5. Support the Planning Manager in Best Estimate, Commercial Target, and Open to Buy processes.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning or a role with significant data analysis exposure.
2. Proven success working across various functional areas and organizational levels.
3. Fluent in English and business-level Japanese.
