Supply Chain Planning Assistant Manager

1. Lead the monthly forecast process for assigned categories.
2. Coordinate with Merchandising and Central Supply Chain to prepare sales forecasts.
3. Ensure stock allocation aligns with forecast strategy.
4. Provide quantitative inputs during buying sessions.
5. Support Planning Manager in Best Estimate, Commercial Target, and Open to Buy processes.

1. At least 2 years of experience in demand planning or a role with strong data analysis exposure.
2. Experience in fashion or consumer retail is a plus.
3. Fluent in English and business-level Japanese.

2. Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
3. Very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Good organization and planning abilities.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Adaptability.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
