1. Supervise and organize the team for all incoming and outbound physical flows, including receiving, order follow-up, ticketing, transfers, and shipments.
2. Ensure the appropriate application of storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to strengthen loss prevention.
3. Manage inventory, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
4. Train staff on company systems related to cash handling, credit authorization, and stock reporting.
5. Minimize stock loss and support store management in efficient store operations.
6. Control stock loss within budget and implement effective stock audits.
7. Oversee and monitor supply chain and stock flow to maximize business results.
8. Provide reports to the Store Manager and Head Office regarding back-office activity.
9. Implement and update Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) related to store operations.
10. Supervise after-sales requests and ensure excellent after-sales service to build strong customer relationships.
11. Ensure boutique maintenance standards and monitor external vendors' performance.
12. Assist in budgeting and monitoring operational expenses for the boutique.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 4 years at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
