1. Supervise and organize the team for all physical and digital merchandise flows, including reception, order tracking, ticketing, transfers, and shipments.
2. Ensure adherence to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to enhance loss prevention.
3. Organize stock management, including weekly counts and annual inventory.
4. Oversee all Standard Operational Procedures related to store operations, ensuring implementation and updates.
5. Train staff on policies and processes.
6. Supervise after-sales service requests, manage customer correspondence, and handle administrative follow-ups.
7. Review after-sales reports and initiate action plans as necessary.
8. Train staff on care service guidelines.
9. Supervise cash operations and control expenses.
10. Act as the reference for all back-office tools, ensuring staff training and correct usage.
11. Support digital coordinators in deploying special retail projects.
12. Supervise supply needs, including uniforms and consumables, and manage store maintenance.
