Christian Dior Store Operations Manager

- Ensure the smooth daily operations of the store to facilitate sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement innovative initiatives to improve in-store processes and operational excellence.
- Provide 'Manager on Duty' coverage and support the sales floor as needed.
- Supervise and organize the team for merchandise flows, including ecommerce shipping to the regional digital warehouse.
- Manage stock procedures and loss prevention, including annual BISE certification and inventory management.
- Oversee the implementation and updates of Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) related to boutique operations.
- Supervise after-sales requests and staff training on Care Services guidelines.
- Oversee till operations and expense control.
- Serve as the referent for all back-office tools, ensuring staff training and correct usage.
- Support the Digital Coordinator in deploying retail special projects.
- Supervise facilities management, including supplies and store upkeep.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in a front-facing role.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
