Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of daily retail operations to facilitate sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide 'Manager on Duty' coverage and assist in developing a collaborative working relationship with management.
- Supervise and organize the team for all merchandise flows, including ecommerce shipping.
- Ensure appropriate application of storage rules and stock procedures to strengthen loss prevention.
- Organize inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Manage SOPs related to Boutique Operation and staff training on policy and process.
- Supervise after-sales requests and manage after-sales reports.
- Oversee till operations and expense control.
- Act as a referent for all back-office tools and ensure staff training and correct use.
- Supervise supplies needs and store maintenance.
