1. Support the smooth running of daily retail operations to facilitate sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Provide 'Manager on Duty' coverage and assist in developing a collaborative working relationship with management.
3. Supervise and organize the team for all merchandise flows, including ecommerce shipping.
4. Ensure appropriate application of storage rules and stock procedures to strengthen loss prevention.
5. Organize inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
6. Manage SOPs related to Boutique Operation and staff training on policy and process.
7. Supervise after-sales requests and manage after-sales reports.
8. Oversee till operations and expense control.
9. Act as a referent for all back-office tools and ensure staff training and correct use.
10. Supervise supplies needs and store maintenance.
