1. Oversee daily retail operations to facilitate sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Provide 'Manager on Duty' coverage and assist in developing a collaborative management team.
3. Supervise stock management and logistics, ensuring efficient merchandise flow and loss prevention.
4. Organize inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
5. Implement and update Standard Operational Procedures related to boutique operations.
6. Train staff on policy and process adherence.
7. Manage after-sales services, including client correspondence and administrative follow-ups.
8. Supervise till operations and ensure expense control.
9. Serve as the referent for all back-office tools and ensure proper staff training and usage.
10. Support digital retail projects and ensure the deployment of omnichannel services.
11. Oversee facilities management, including supply needs and store upkeep.
