1. Select and propose fashion looks for direct requests from stylists or agents.
2. Coordinate fittings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and the fitting space is organized post-appointment.
3. Manage international and local logistics, including shipments via Worldnet, DHL, and local couriers.
4. Maintain VIP stock organization and ensure accurate tracking through Launchmetrics.
5. Coordinate with the press to update charts on VIP looks.
6. Oversee garment alterations and ensure pieces are returned to standard post-use.
7. Support event coordination, including fittings, logistics, and on-site team assistance during major events like Cannes and Venice Film Festivals.
8. Facilitate boutique relations by arranging fittings and retrieving necessary pieces.
9. Assist in fashion show preparations, including coordinating fittings and managing logistics.

1. Pursuing a degree in communication, fashion, or a related field.
2. Fluency in French and English.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Experience with Launchmetrics (formerly FGPS) is advantageous.
