1. Recruit, onboard, and engage Retail Operations Teams in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
2. Provide training on systems and procedures to boutique operations teams.
3. Oversee all Retail Performance & Operations projects and tools for the boutique.
4. Support digital project roll-outs and manage IT equipment and budget in alignment with requirements.
5. Cultivate a culture of exceeding client expectations and manage aftersales client requests and boutique KPIs.
6. Manage POS and cash transactions ensuring compliance with legal and anti-money laundering standards.
7. Lead daily administrative support and ensure boutique operations align with Dior guidelines and local policies.
8. Support boutique maintenance, including vendor management, cost control, and contract negotiation.
9. Manage inventory flows and ensure compliance with local market stock movement regulations.

1. University degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2-3 years at a supervisory level in luxury retail.

2. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
3. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in retail operations, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.

University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
