1. Recruit, onboard, and engage Retail Operations Teams in alignment with the Boutique Manager.
2. Provide training on systems and procedures to boutique operations teams.
3. Manage all Retail Performance & Operations projects and tools.
4. Support digital project roll-outs for the boutique.
5. Manage IT equipment and budget in collaboration with the Market Operations Manager.
6. Develop a culture that exceeds client expectations.
7. Review aftersales client requests and boutique KPIs.
8. Oversee Retail Performance & Operations projects for the boutique.
9. Manage POS and cash transactions, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
10. Lead daily administrative support for the boutique.
11. Support the Market Operations Manager with operational and financial data analysis.
12. Ensure boutique operations comply with Dior guidelines and local policies.
13. Support boutique maintenance, including contracts, vendors, and budget management.
14. Monitor service quality of external vendors and negotiate better offers.
15. Manage inventory flows and ensure compliance with legal stock movement requirements.

1. University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline

6. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage

At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2-3 years at a supervisory level in the luxury retail industry.
