1. Oversee and streamline daily retail operations to enhance sales and customer service.
2. Provide 'Manager on Duty' coverage and foster positive relationships with management.
3. Supervise and organize merchandise flows, including e-commerce shipping.
4. Ensure adherence to stock procedures and manage annual BISE certification.
5. Organize inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
6. Implement and update Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for Boutique Operations.
7. Train staff on policies and processes.
8. Supervise after-sales requests and manage client correspondence.
9. Oversee till operations and expense control.
10. Act as the referent for all back-office tools and ensure staff training.
11. Support the deployment of retail special projects.
12. Supervise supplies needs and store maintenance.
