Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Manager with day-to-day back of house operations, including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, and cash counting.
- Ensure accurate processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
- Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, as well as general store maintenance.
- Participate in inventory and stock counts, and manage after-sales service, including receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
- Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Manage the boutique team in executing operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, fashion retail, or luxury retail.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills
- Pleasant demeanor and good grooming skills.
- Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
- Attention to detail, quick-minded, and energetic.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in English; ability to converse in other languages is an advantage.
- Computer and Microsoft utilities proficiency.
Experience Requirements
Beginner level experience is required.
