Store Operations Associate

1. Support the Boutique Manager with day-to-day back of house operations, including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, and cash counting.
2. Ensure accurate processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
3. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, as well as general store maintenance.
4. Participate in inventory and stock counts, and manage after-sales service, including receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
5. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
6. Manage the boutique team in executing operational tasks.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, fashion retail, or luxury retail.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

2. Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
3. Attention to detail, quick-minded, and energetic.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
5. Proficiency in English; ability to converse in other languages is an advantage.
6. Computer and Microsoft utilities proficiency.

Beginner level experience is required.
