1. Provide key support to the Boutique Manager in daily back-of-house operations, including cashiering, daily sales reconciliation, and cash counting.
2. Ensure accurate processing of all shipping and receiving functions affecting store inventory.
3. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area, as well as oversee general store maintenance, merchandise replenishment, packaging, and staff uniforms.
4. Participate in and monitor inventory, stock counts, and worldwide after-sales service, ensuring accuracy in receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor.
5. Oversee compliance of all associates with established company policies, procedures, and standards.
6. Manage the boutique team in executing operational tasks.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, fashion retail, or luxury retail.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Pleasant demeanor with good grooming skills.

2. Attention to detail and quick-mindedness.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
5. Proficiency in computer and Microsoft utilities.

Beginner level experience in retail, fashion retail, or luxury retail.
