1. Lead and manage a team of pattern makers in the Men's Ready-to-Wear department.
2. Translate creative concepts into feasible technical models.
3. Create patterns, prototypes, and finalize adjustments ensuring quality and compliance.
4. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, production workshops, and suppliers.
5. Participate in fittings and provide technical solutions.
6. Validate initial samples and final prototypes.
7. Stay updated on technical advancements and trends in pattern making.
8. Propose innovative solutions to enhance product development processes.
9. Research new materials and manufacturing techniques.
10. Maintain and optimize pattern making tools and resources.
11. Manage inventory of supplies and raw materials.

1. Advanced degree in pattern making (minimum Bac +2/3).
2. Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a pattern maker in the luxury sector.
3. Experience in team management preferred.

1. Expertise in flat pattern making and draping techniques.
2. Excellent knowledge of textiles and manufacturing techniques.
3. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Lectra).
4. Understanding of quality and safety standards.
5. Attention to detail and precision.
6. Creativity and innovative thinking.
7. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
8. Organizational skills and priority management.
9. Stress resilience and deadline management.
10. Proficiency in technical English preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in pattern making, with a preference for luxury fashion industry experience.

Advanced degree in pattern making (minimum Bac +2/3).
