1. Drive and optimize sales in the Saint Tropez and Courchevel stores.
2. Recruit new clients, provide exceptional customer service, and build customer loyalty.
3. Develop a client network, act as a brand ambassador, participate in local events, and coordinate in-store events.
4. Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure appropriate stock levels.
5. Supervise window displays and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
6. Manage and develop the sales team, ensuring a strong presence on the sales floor.
7. Focus on employee development, manage, coach, and train the sales team.
8. Optimize team skills to support growth and develop the store's management team.
9. Use performance indicators (KPI) to achieve store objectives.
10. Collaborate closely with the general manager on sales, client events, and team management.
11. Provide regular reports and coordinate with finance, purchasing, marketing, visual merchandising, HR, and training teams.
12. Oversee store operations.

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury product sales and store management.
2. Significant experience in team management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

1. Ability to be a brand ambassador and provide excellent customer service.
2. Comprehensive understanding of store financial and budget management.
3. Proficiency with digital tools.
4. Strong initiative and commercial acumen.
5. Sensitivity to the fashion industry.
6. Creativity and strong interpersonal skills.
7. Organizational and follow-up capabilities.
8. Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
