8. Collaborate closely with the General Manager on sales strategies, client events, and team management.
9. Coordinate with finance, purchasing, marketing, visual merchandising, HR, and training teams for boutique development.
10. Supervise boutique operations.

1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail and boutique management.
2. Proven track record in team management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
3. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
