1. Manage the store's sales performance and service.
2. Maximize sales and minimize resource wastage.
3. Ensure effective merchandise display using promotional materials.
4. Lead client recruitment and develop client loyalty through CRM activities.
5. Achieve boutique capture rate and mystery result targets.
6. Handle customer situations effectively.
7. Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to the team.
8. Maintain full knowledge of back office functions and boutique analysis.
9. Ensure correct basic stock levels and timely replenishment of popular items.
10. Control stock loss within budget and implement effective stock audits.
11. Adhere to company security procedures regarding theft and pilferage.
12. Participate in recruitment, training, evaluation, motivation, and development of staff.
13. Oversee employee performance appraisals and highlight development opportunities.
14. Communicate effectively to develop a stable team and succession plan.
15. Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
16. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and retail standards.
17. Participate in stock takes outside normal working hours.
18. Act as a Dior Ambassador with impeccable grooming and appearance.

1. Previous management retail experience in luxury.
2. Strong expertise in ladies and men’s ready-to-wear.
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Outstanding customer service skills, initiative, and commercial creativity.
5. Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
6. Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
7. Fluency in a second language (preferred).
