- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales goals and operational excellence.

- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to the highest luxury standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA is an asset.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in luxury or premium retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficient in retail business systems (POS, CRM, inventory management).
- Previous airport store management experience is an asset.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
