1. Optimize sales by attracting new customers and enhancing customer service.
2. Oversee execution of window displays and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising.
3. Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure optimal stock levels.
4. Coordinate in-store and promotional events.
5. Optimize staff competencies to drive business growth.
6. Oversee boutique operations and manage, coach, and train staff.
7. Meet financial sales and budgetary goals.
8. Control invoices, send end-of-month reports, and oversee daily deposits and petty cash.
9. Collaborate with the retail manager on annual sales, promotional events, and trunk shows.
