1. Process deliveries and ensure accurate system integration of stock.
2. Identify and separate special-order items from deliveries.
3. Adhere to Dior procedures for ordering, storing, and maintaining packaging.
4. Promptly replenish shop floors as required.
5. Complete transfers within the UK and Europe as needed.
6. Report and address all stock issues, including stolen pieces, discrepancies, and slow movers.
7. Support the Stock Management team during weekly, monthly, and annual stock takes to meet targets.
8. Ensure compliance with Dior procedures regarding product protection, stockroom standards, housekeeping, security tagging, and pricing.
9. Tag all stock appropriately to prevent theft.
10. Take necessary actions to ensure stock safety and security.
11. Perform additional duties as directed by the Management team.

1. Previous stock or administrative experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Beginner level experience in stock or administrative roles within a retail environment is preferred.
