1. Provide efficient service to all sales staff by preparing products and advising on stock availability.
2. Ensure sufficient availability of products on the shop floor and perform stock transfers between stores as needed.
3. Check the receipt of products returned by customers and handle after-sales service.
4. Assist in the delivery of products, verifying the condition and quantity of deliveries.
5. Ensure all products are packaged, labeled, and properly stored in the stockroom.
6. Maintain and replenish inventory, implement price changes, and conduct regular inventory counts.

1. Experience in retail or hospitality.
2. Good knowledge of stock and supply chain processes.
3. Significant drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison.

1. Strong team skills, empathy, and an agile mindset.
2. Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
3. Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.

A minimum of three years of experience in a relevant field is required.
