1. Organize and conduct weekly stock takes.
2. Prioritize and manage all deliveries, ensuring timely replenishments.
3. Oversee transfers and rebalancing across Europe.
4. Ensure all deliveries are processed before store opening.
5. Assist with stock movement, including carrying deliveries.
6. Coordinate sending and receiving of repairs to various repair centers.
7. Monitor repair statuses and communicate updates to relevant departments.
8. Enhance stock storage spaces and organize stockrooms.
9. Address and report stock issues such as theft, discrepancies, and slow-moving items.
10. Develop accurate reports on monthly results, stock take outcomes, and inventory discrepancies.
11. Participate in biannual stock takes and annual inventory, supporting the stock manager.
12. Adhere to Christian Dior procedures for garment protection, stockroom maintenance, and security tagging.
13. Ensure stock is secured and theft prevention measures are followed.
