1. Contribute to the design and development of innovative and aesthetically pleasing products aligned with Christian Dior Couture's brand identity.
2. Create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes following meetings with the Artistic Direction.
3. Update sketches, boards, collection plans, and allocation sheets.
4. Collaborate with merchandising teams to understand market trends.
5. Work with production teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
6. Ensure products meet the company's quality and sustainability standards.
7. Participate in project presentations to internal teams and stakeholders.
8. Research images for each collection.
9. Support material and color simulations and assist in creating allocation sheets.
10. Aid in motif placement.
11. Create technical files for labels and small accessories.

1. Degree in Product Design or equivalent experience in sportswear and leather product design.
2. Highly creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
3. Strong sensitivity to products, colors, and materials.
4. Deep understanding of fashion and luxury culture, with a keen interest in sports and leather products.

1. Proficiency in digital drawing tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and adept at problem-solving.
3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative team spirit.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, specifically within sportswear and leather.

Degree in Product Design or related field.
