Sportswear and Leather Junior Designer

1. Participate in the design and development of innovative and aesthetic products aligned with the identity of Christian Dior Couture.
2. Create sketches, 3D models, and prototypes following meetings with the Artistic Direction.
3. Update sketches, boards, collection plans, and attribution sheets.
4. Collaborate with merchandising teams to understand market trends.
5. Work with production teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
6. Ensure products meet the company's quality and durability standards.
7. Participate in project presentations to internal teams and stakeholders.
8. Research images for each collection.
9. Support material and color simulations and assist in creating attribution sheets.
10. Assist in pattern placement.
11. Create technical files, including labels and small accessories.

1. Product Designer training and/or experience in sportswear and leather product design.
2. Highly creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
3. Strong sensitivity to products, colors, and materials.
4. Knowledge of fashion and luxury culture, with a keen interest in sports and/or leather products.
5. Proficiency in digital drawing tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Forward-thinking, highly responsive to problems, and solution-oriented.
7. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills, team spirit.
