1. Support the Special Projects team with administrative duties including meeting agendas, note-taking, and file maintenance.
2. Process invoices and update budgets to ensure financial accuracy.
3. Coordinate scheduling and calendar updates to facilitate seamless operations.
4. Build and maintain presentation decks to support project communications.
5. Facilitate cross-functional communications across all departments to ensure project alignment.
6. Undertake additional special projects as assigned.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in event production, marketing, or a related field.

1. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in presentation.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Adobe Pro proficiency is a plus.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work independently.
5. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event production, marketing, or a related field.

Salary range of $70,000-$80,000 annually.
