1. Share passion for sommellerie and dining with clients
2. Ensure customer satisfaction across various sales areas
3. Advise and guide clients on wine selection according to established standards
4. Take and serve beverage orders
5. Maintain thorough knowledge of equipment, wines, beverages, and menu items
6. Assist in developing the wine list under the Chef Sommelier's guidance
7. Promote various services and products available within the restaurants and 30 Montaigne
8. Assist in clearing and resetting tables
9. Present bills according to restaurant procedures
10. Participate in food service
11. Ensure proper functioning of the cellar and stock management
12. Conduct cellar restocking rigorously
13. Source and propose new products to the Chef Sommelier
14. Participate in inventories
15. Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures
16. Ensure internal communication within the service
17. Implement and guarantee compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
18. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to management
