1. Share passion for sommellerie and gastronomy with clients.
2. Ensure client satisfaction across various sales spaces.
3. Advise and guide clientele on wine selections according to established standards.
4. Take beverage orders and ensure their service.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of equipment, wines, beverages, and menu items available in sales areas.
6. Contribute to the development of the wine list under the Chef Sommelier's guidance.
7. Promote various services and products available within the restaurants and at 30 Montaigne.
8. Assist in clearing and resetting tables.
9. Present the bill in accordance with restaurant procedures.
10. Participate in meal service.
11. Ensure proper functioning of the cellar and stock management following rigorous procedures.
12. Conduct cellar restocking meticulously.
13. Source and propose new products to the Chef Sommelier.
14. Participate in inventory management.
15. Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures.
16. Facilitate internal communication within the service.
17. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
18. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding client or colleague safety or accident risks to management.
