1. Serve as an advisor and counselor to the President of Christian Dior Americas, developing and implementing financial strategies to support strategic goals.
2. Provide counsel to management teams to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and increase cash flow.
3. Collaborate with management to develop operational infrastructure for systems, processes, and personnel.
4. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
5. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
6. Manage financial risk, including insurance, investments, and other strategies.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
8. Oversee the Asset Protection department to ensure operational excellence and loss prevention.
9. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

1. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
3. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Experience with financial software and systems.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.

Salary range of $320,000 - $360,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
