- Serve as an advisor and counselor to the President of Christian Dior Americas, developing and implementing financial strategies to support strategic goals.
- Provide counsel to management teams to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and increase cash flow.
- Collaborate with management to develop operational infrastructure for systems, processes, and personnel.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage financial risk, including insurance, investments, and other strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Oversee the Asset Protection department to ensure operational excellence and loss prevention.
- Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with financial software and systems.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
Salary range of $320,000 - $360,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
