Christian Dior Senior Supply Chain Distribution Planner

- Define and regularly adjust target stock levels for each boutique and market, including E-Commerce, to meet expected service levels.
- Ensure inventory deployment aligns with demand and inventory levels in coordination with sales planning.
- Monitor product availability and identify potential risks of shortages or excess stock.
- Identify opportunities for product rebalancing within the distribution network.
- Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between boutiques and markets to optimize sales.
- Monitor the efficiency of transfers and rebalancing, organize stock reversals to optimize back-of-house operations, and plan stock building for events and new store openings.
- Plan and organize end-of-life product strategies in cooperation with the Merchandising team.
- Publish appropriate performance indicators.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
