Christian Dior Senior Supply Chain Distribution Planner

Christian Dior Couture is a renowned luxury fashion brand, part of the Fashion & Leather Goods business group, known for its high-end products and innovative designs.

1. Define and adjust target stock levels for each boutique and market, including E-Commerce, to meet service level expectations.
2. Ensure inventory deployment aligns with demand and inventory levels in coordination with sales planning.
3. Monitor product availability and report risks of shortages or excess stock.
4. Identify opportunities for product rebalancing within the distribution network.
5. Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between boutiques and markets to optimize sales.
6. Monitor transfer and rebalancing efficiency, organize stock reversals, and plan stock building for events and new store openings.
7. Plan and organize end-of-life product strategies in cooperation with the Merchandising team.
8. Publish relevant indicators and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain or related discipline.
3. Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
5. Proficient in English and Korean.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Occasional travel required.
