1. Oversee the rollout of projects adhering to defined architectural concepts and project briefs.
2. Develop projects by crafting volumes and studying spaces to ensure optimal architectural approaches on both macro and micro scales.
3. Produce reference documents for each design phase, including zoning, plans, sketches, elevations, interior order lists, display capacity counts, and details.
4. Manage project realization with internal and external stakeholders until delivery, including local executing architects, store planners, visual merchandisers, and retail, legal, and finance teams.
5. Collaborate with store planners to lead tender and construction phases within agreed schedules and budgets.
6. Review and correct execution drawings to ensure full compliance with concepts and guidelines.
7. Assist with site acceptance operations and opening procedures as required.
8. Ensure quality finishes and compliance with approved drawings.

1. University degree in Architecture.
2. Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in Retail Architecture, with experience in at least one Asian country.
3. Experience in luxury retail project development or as a Retail Executive Architect is required.
4. Experience from the contractor side is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Office Pack, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
2. Ability to propose solutions and adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving.
3. Strong presentation skills for project details.
4. High-level command of English; proficiency in an Asian language is beneficial.
5. Team player with integrity and diplomatic skills.
6. Ability to manage relationships in a matrix organization.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Curiosity and interest in international roles.
9. Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.

A minimum of 8 years in Retail Architecture, with experience in luxury retail environments and at least one Asian country.

University degree in Architecture.
