Christian Dior Senior Store Project Development Manager

- Oversee the rollout of projects adhering to defined architectural concepts and project briefs.
- Develop projects by crafting volumes and studying spaces to ensure optimal architectural approaches on both macro and micro scales.
- Produce reference documents for each design phase, including zoning, plans, sketches, elevations, interior order lists, display capacity counts, and details.
- Manage project realization with internal and external stakeholders until delivery, including local executing architects, store planners, visual merchandisers, and retail, legal, and finance teams.
- Collaborate with store planners to lead tender and construction phases within agreed schedules and budgets.
- Review and correct execution drawings to ensure full compliance with concepts and guidelines.
- Assist with site acceptance operations and opening procedures as required.
- Ensure quality finishes and compliance with approved drawings.
- University degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of solid experience in Retail Architecture, with experience in at least one Asian country.
- Experience in luxury retail project development or as a Retail Executive Architect is required.
- Experience from the contractor side is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Office Pack, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Ability to propose solutions and adopt a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong presentation skills for project details.
- High-level command of English; proficiency in an Asian language is beneficial.
- Team player with integrity and diplomatic skills.
- Ability to manage relationships in a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Curiosity and interest in international roles.
- Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.
A minimum of 8 years in Retail Architecture, with experience in luxury retail environments and at least one Asian country.
University degree in Architecture.
